For advisors and firms

Your client already trusts you.
What they don't have is the map.

Tesora is a consulting tool for advisors, asset architects, accountants and tax specialists: instead of sitting across from your client to pitch them something, it sits you beside them to put in order what they already own.

I want to get certified

A person answers · no cost · no exclusivity

  • Certification at no cost
  • No territorial exclusivity
  • No commission in the middle

Straight talk from the start: advisor certification is open and joins in groups. Today there is one certified advisor: the author of the standard. The real status of every piece is on feature status.

What Tesora is inside your practice

It's not a product you take to your client. It's work you do with them.

A conversation that isn't a sale

The guided inventory is answered block by block: what they own, where it is, what it's worth, who knows about it, who executes. Nothing to push at that table. You're on the same side, looking at the same page.

What never came up in a meeting shows up here

A complete asset inventory brings out what the usual conversation never touches: cars with no title anyone can find, collections and valuables with no list and no certificates —art, jewelry, watches, records—, valuable furniture never registered, a trademark nobody renews, a royalty still landing that nobody has located, domains renewing on their own, an online store still invoicing, company shares, crypto.

A deliverable, not a promise

Your client leaves the session with an Asset File in PDF (the document is generated in Spanish), an organized vault in their own Google Drive, a prioritized map of open items and the package ready for their notary office. Things they can hold.

It makes you the way in

You're recorded in their support network, with their consent. The day the family needs to start somewhere, there's a place to start and someone to call.

Tesora never asks for passwords, PINs or access codes. It records that something exists and where it is, never how to get in. That protects you too: you handle nobody's credentials.

The will says to whom. The inventory says what and where.

The notary office handles the first. With you, your client solves the second — which is exactly what nobody has in writing today.

The certification: no cost, no exclusivity

Getting certified proves you know the standard and can run it. Nothing more, nothing less.

A network you have to buy into isn't a network: it's a vendor catalog. If you get certified and never buy a single service from us, your listing stays published all the same.

Honesty first: certification for advisors is open and joins in groups. Today the list holds a single name: the author of the standard. The real status of every piece lives on feature status.

How your client comes in

Through your link, with the setup cost covered and no annual fee for as long as their contracted protection stays in force.

01

You share your link

What they read on arrival is this, word for word: “If you got here through a certified advisor or a participating notary office, your setup cost is covered and you pay no annual fee for as long as your contracted protection stays in force.”

02

They take their diagnostic

Three minutes, six questions, no sign-up and no personal data. They come out with their blind spots in writing. That document is your agenda for the first session.

03

The guided inventory is included

You do it together, block by block. They walk away with their Asset File in PDF, their vault in their own Drive, their map of open items and their Love Letter.

04

If they want legal weight, they go to their notary office

Whichever one they choose, including the one they already use. They walk in with the full list in front of them instead of being asked what they own. No notary office is ever assigned.

Whoever arrives on their own, with nobody guiding them, pays their setup cost; the list annual fee is $599 MXN (Mexican pesos) per year and, for a limited time, whoever comes in now doesn't pay it. Whoever arrives through your link has the setup cost covered and pays no annual fee for as long as their contracted protection stays in force. That's the whole difference.

Where the money is and where it isn't

  • Tesora doesn't charge you to get certified. No entry fee, no renewal, no license.
  • Tesora doesn't charge you a commission and doesn't pay you one either. The direct client pays their setup cost. The list annual fee is $599 MXN per year and, for a limited time, whoever comes in now doesn't pay it. There's no percentage to split with anyone.
  • The client who comes in with you pays none of that for as long as their contracted protection stays in force: no setup cost, no annual fee.
  • Notarial acts and fees are charged by the notary office, directly with the client. Tesora takes no part in them and charges the notary office no commission.
  • The vault has no rent: it lives in the client's own Google account.
  • One public price. The one your client sees on pricing is the same one you see. No parallel lists, no insider rates.

What the badge will prove — and what it won't

In progress

The standard is still being defined, so the badge isn't issued yet. This is what it will prove once it exists — and what it will never prove.

What it will prove

  • That you know the standard: what gets inventoried, how it's structured, what makes an Asset File useful.
  • That you can run read-only access and the corroboration protocol.
  • That you can guide a full inventory without ever asking for a single credential.

What it doesn't prove

  • It doesn't give you notarial authority and it doesn't make you a notary. The State grants that, and nobody else touches it.
  • It isn't a legal, tax or financial credential. Your own credentials are still your own.
  • It doesn't assign you clients. The directory informs; it doesn't hand out a book of business.

Who's on the other side

Daniel Cardona Sánchez

Founder of Tesora and author of the standard. Certified in it, by the same criteria asked of any advisor.

Independent insurance agent, CNSF license Y369149, A1 authorization in Personal Risk, issued by Mexico's Comisión Nacional de Seguros y Fianzas (National Insurance and Bonding Commission). More than twenty years as a business owner, in León, Guanajuato.

And no client is obligated to work with him. Or with you. In the directory Daniel is one certified option, not the funnel behind this page: the inventory belongs to the client and their vault lives in their own Google Drive.

If your client already has a notary, an accountant or a tax specialist, those stay theirs: they get recorded as their support network and, if the client wants, we certify them too. Certifying their people costs nothing and commits them to nothing. Same as with a doctor: they can be excellent and still not know about the new test that patient needed.

Are you a notary office, not an advisor? Your program is a different one: Tesora for notary offices.

Sit on the same side as your client.

Write to us and we'll walk you through the standard, the protocol and how your link works. No cost, no exclusivity, no obligation to buy anything.
