And staying with you after that has an annual fee of $599 MXN (Mexican pesos) a year: for a limited time, whoever joins now doesn't pay it. This window closes, and we give you at least 30 calendar days' notice before that happens. We never charge a percentage of what you own.
The tool is free. You can build your whole inventory and download your Asset File without paying anything and without signing up. What you contract is that someone does it with you, reviews what you entered, and leaves it ready for your notary office. That work has an initial cost you pay once, plus an annual fee of $599 MXN that today, for a limited time, is not charged.

Introductory stage · for a limited time
Here it is in full, with nothing dressed up: your inventory is yours and it doesn't expire — it runs on your device and nobody can switch it off. What costs $599 MXN a year is us staying on top of it: the bimonthly review, your notary package kept current, and support when you need it. For a limited time, whoever joins now pays no annual fee. It won't last forever: when the introductory stage ends, we give you at least 30 calendar days' notice. We tell you the number now so you know exactly what you are getting — and exactly how much you save: whoever joins now saves the entire annual fee, $599 MXN a year that stays in your pocket.
$599 MXN is the floor. It adjusts each year with inflation. While the introductory stage lasts, it is not charged. When an annual fee comes due, we tell you before that date, with at least 30 calendar days' notice and the exact amount. There is no auto-debit, no automatic charge, and no live payment link: the day online payment exists, you see the amount and you authorize it. Nothing is charged on its own.
An inventory built once and never touched again stops being true within a year. People change. Notaries change. Accountants change. What you own changes.
Every two months, a short WhatsApp message with two questions:
One tap answers it: “All the same” and done. If something changed, we open your inventory to update it.
It is a message about people, not about what you own. If someone saw it, they would learn nothing worth knowing.
And if I don't answer? Nothing happens: not answering cancels nothing and changes nothing in your inventory. If three notices go by with no reply —half a year— we look for you through the other channels you left. If that fails too, we notify the contacts you named, with the message you wrote. We never tell them what you own: only that we could not reach you and that you asked for them to be told. You authorize that when you build your inventory, and you can remove it or change it whenever you want.

Reactivate whenever you want, no surcharge. There is no penalty for letting a year go by and no re-entry fee: you pay the annual fee for the year you come back, and your inventory is right where you left it.
Both plans cover you and your partner. One initial cost, one annual fee, one guided inventory: the full map of the household.
Cross protection: ideally you both have your will and each of you is the other's map. If one of you is gone tomorrow, the one who stays does not start from zero: they already know what there is, where it is, and who it goes to.
The will says to whom. The inventory says what and where. That is why they go together.
A will is granted by a notary office, not by Tesora. What your inventory does is make that appointment count: the notary office starts with the full list in front of them.
You move to Patrimonial paying only the difference: $7,400 MXN. You do not pay the full initial cost again.
$2,400 MXN for Fundación + $7,400 MXN difference = $9,800 MXN. What you already entered stays as it is: the structures blocks get added on top.
Your annual fee does not change when you move up: it is still $599 MXN a year, and while the introductory stage lasts you do not pay it.

We never charge a cut of what you own. And what is already done cannot be taken from you: the Asset File downloads to your computer, free, always, and your files live in your own Google Drive, on your account.
So why would I pay? Because doing it alone and doing it well are not the same thing. What you pay for is that someone does it with you —most people start it and leave it half done—, that someone reviews what you entered and tells you what is missing and what is a risk, that your vault ends up genuinely in order, and that you walk out with the package ready for your notary office. That is the initial cost. The $599 MXN a year annual fee keeps that guidance alive and today you do not pay it — but that window closes.

Notarial acts and fees are independent of Tesora. Tesora charges the notary office no commission and receives no part of their fee. You can use whichever notary office you want, including the one you already know.
